Pre-payment & Cancellation Policy
We take full payment for treatment when booking. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask you to do so 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
Failure to give the required notice will result in full payment being retained
by the salon. Appointments made within 48 hours, require 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and failure to give the required notice will result
in full payment being retained by the salon.
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers can only be used once and you are responsible for their safekeeping. Vouchers are non-refundable, in full or in part. Details of vouchers will be required when redeeming. Failure to supply the voucher will result in the normal price of treatment being charged, via another payment method. 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation, if you cancel within this period and are unable to reschedule you agree that full payment is charged to your debit or credit card. Your voucher/ vouchers will be cancelled. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or transferred. Late cancellation and failure to show terms apply to Gift Vouchers as detailed above.
